Hi all,

I just realise the bridge across the river to the citadel is huge! Not something you can easily walk across from the city center. Are there busses to the citadel and how much would they cost ? Where can I take them ?

Also , what's the current reasonable rate of hiring taxis cyclos, etc ?

I'll be staying at the Thai Binh 2 hotel, anyone travelled there by bus before ? and where can I take the bus from the city center back to the airport ?
