We are landing in Rome on October 14. We have never been to Rome or anywhere south of Rome, in Italy. We plan to spend some time in Rome. Also, we are interested in seeing the Amalfi Coast and area. How should we divide our time to see both - Rome and Amalfi? Any suggestions for a central place to stay while in Amalfi area? Thanks.
