Tips for traveller to LA ...

I am going to be in LA for the next month - anyone have any tips on places to visit in and around LA? I will be in Marina Del Rey. A day trip out of the city might be in order. I have visited before and it wears me down after a while! I need some space and quiet!

Sorry mate, never been there so can't give any tips but definitely know what you mean about the city thing. I try to spend as little time as possible in big cities. Hope you have a good trip.
