Please let me know your favorite place to vacation in the Caribbean area, between these: Belize, Barbados, Cozumel, Roatan. I love to snorkel, need I nternet access, NOT a party animal, would prefer no car- a couple stores/restaurants in walking distance. Thankyou!!
